Christmas Came...

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! Unfortunatley the fun is all over I am now back to work. But it was fun while it lasted. Our Christmas began a little early when we went to my Parents' place for the weekend. I had to work on Monday so we figured we would have an early christmas there and then be with Chad's family for Christmas Day. The weekend was fun. My sisters and I went to Walmart on Friday night at 1:30am. We were there for like an hour. It was actually pretty fun. Not too many people shopping which is always a bonus this time of year.

So my parents bought me and Chad a Video Camera. I am totally stoked! It's the only thing I really asked for this year! I have been playing with it a bit, but I need to figure it out a little better still.

My New Toy!!

Then we had Christmas with Chad's family on Christmas day. It was fun to see the girls open their presents. They are too cute. I am glad i have my video camera now to capture some of their funny moments.

Christmas was fun...I have the best Husband and a great family!

Now on to New Year's! And my 24th birthday! Scary!!

Christmas is Coming...

So Christmas is coming so I though....i should post some pictures of Halloween!!
Well, I forgot to post pictures of Halloween, so now is the time.


We had a good time, Chad and I went over to Brant and Melissa's place to see the girls. They were too cute! We handed out candy and carved pumpkins. It was a full house...Brant and Melissa of course, plus Mallory and Jake, Logan and Katrina, Chad and I and Luana were all there to have fun...

Calla was Super Calla....like supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. If you asked her what she was dressed as she would say the whole thing in one breath...cute! Melissa is a super hero all on her own, she made the whole costume including the boots!

So on to Christmas...I have not yet put up my tree, i keep meaning to but i have not found the time yet. But I did buy some very cute foam tree's from Michael's that Chad and I had fun decorating the other night. I think they look great!

I did the one on the left and the one in the back and Chad did the one on the right. They are pretty awesome i think!

We also decided it was time to get a little festive at work. Me and my coworker Lisa put up the little Christmas tree last week. It's a little "Charlie Brown" but it helps set the mood.

It looks much better in person I have to say!

Well, back to work....the head honcho from Head office are coming today, I have to at least look busy! Tonight is our Chirstmas party...nothing big just dinner, but honestly I cant wait till it is over! Ok...time to look busy!

New Furniture

So, i am so bad at this! I'll try to do better. It has been a crazy busy month! Almost every weekend Chad and I have gone to my parents place in New Glasgow. Chad is working on a house down there and weekends are the only time we have to get there. It is almost over and that will be nice. I love going home to visit, but the weather is starting to get bad and it will be nice not to have to travel as much.

So other than that not too much is going on with us. We bought some new furinture. Like i said before, we bought a new Dinning room table and then we bought a new Couch and Love seat. Then this past week I decided we needed an ottoman. So I was looking on Kijiji and I found a big armless chair and ottoman for $80! I love Kijiji. Except, i hate Kijiji.

I will explain... I love the deals, but I hate calling and going to other people's house to look at stuff. It kind of stresses me out. That is why I need to stop looking at Kijiji.

But the chair and ottoman are in great shape, but they are not the right color, so I am hoping that I will be able to cover them. I have never done anything like that before, but they are both pretty square so I dont think it will be too hard.

I dont have any pictures of the furniture in our place yet, but here are the pictures for the websites:

This is the table and chair set. I love it. It is really high!

This is the Couch, the love seat looks the same only a little smaller.

I am going to cover it in a light/medium green if I can find the right color. For now the Chair is in our bedroom and the ottoman is in the living room by the couch.

So really that is all that is new. We are getting ready for Christmas, I cant believe it is December already! I am proud though that other than a few things for Chad I am totally done my christmas shopping! I bought alot of stuff from Ebay...i get like 2 packages a week! I am totally obsessed with Ebay, I am on it everyday! It could be devoloping into a problem!
